• Message frequency varies based on the routines and notification preferences you configure.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties under any circumstances.
